Inhalt
Im Vortrag wird das MIRA-Informationsmodell vorgestellt, das bei ZEISS Industrial Quality Solutions als semantische Grundlage für die Wissensplattform MIRA dient. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage, wie technische Informationen, Produktwissen und Servicekontext in einem Metadatenmodell strukturiert und in einem Knowledge Graph vernetzt werden können. Gezeigt wird, wie dieses Modell technische Redaktion, Content Delivery und KI-Anwendungen verbindet: von der Modellierung der Metadaten über die Erstellung topicbasierter Inhalte bis zur Bereitstellung im Portal und der Nutzung in einem GenAI basierten Chatbots.

Biografie
Cornelia Sanwald studierte Technische Redaktion und Technische Kommunikation im Bachelor und Master. Seit fast zehn Jahren arbeitet sie bei ZEISS, aktuell im Bereich IQS als Product Owner für das Service Knowledge Management System „Mira“, das von über 1.500 Technikern verwendet wird. Zuletzt verantwortete sie den erfolgreichen Rollout von „Mira Assist“, einem Chatbot für Servicetechniker.
Cornelia Sanwald earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Technical Writing and Technical Communication. She has been working at ZEISS for nearly ten years and currently serves as a Product Owner in the IQS division for the “Mira” Service Knowledge Management System, which is used by over 1,500 technicians. Most recently, she oversaw the successful rollout of “Mira Assist,” a chatbot for service technicians.

Dr. Achim Steinacker bringt fundierte Expertise im Aufbau von Metadatenmodellen für Content-Delivery und Knowledge Graphs für Produktmodelle mit. Als Principal Consultant bei Empolis Information Management GmbH fördert er den Einsatz semantischer Technologien und iiRDS in GenAI-Systemen sowie Agentic-AI-Projekten.
Dr. Achim Steinacker has extensive experience in building metadata models in the context of content delivery projects and the use of knowledge graphs for building product models. As Principal Consultant at Empolis Information Management GmbH, he supports the use of semantic technologies and iiRDS in current GenAI based systems and Agentic AIprojects.
