Inhalt

This presentation introduces a content supply chain to make XML documentation content accessible to a chatbot. A typical use-case scenario would be using the chatbot for troubleshooting, having the chatbot respond with the correct solution(s) extracted directly from the XML source files. The solution was developed as part of a master’s thesis, which also included tests of the user acceptance for this kind of user assistance.

Biografie

Mette Lilienthal arbeitet seit drei Jahren bei der parson AG als Technical Communicator. Neben der Beratung zu Content-Prozessen und der Begleitung von Systemevaluationen gehört auch das Aufsetzen bzw. Implementieren von Informationsarchitekturen zu ihren Tätigkeitsbereichen. Die Einführung einer Informationsarchitektur mit entpsrechendem Content-Reengineering bei der SEW ist ihr jüngstes Projekt dieser Art.

Biografie

Jörg has been working in multiple roles for different CCMS solution providers for more than 20 years. During that time he has helped defining and implementing CCMS solutions in several verticals such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace & defence - and also pharma & finance. Since 2013, Jörg is working for RWS (formerly SDL) as Solution Architect. In 2020 he got certified as Knowledge Engineer by the Semantic Web Company. Jörg is living and working out of Munich in Germany.
