Jennifer Black lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and works at Splunk as a Senior Staff Technical Writer for the Splunk Cloud Platform. As an Agile technical writer and project manager, she specializes in initiating and managing projects to improve all aspects of content development and delivery.
Matt Ness is a Principal Technical Writer at Splunk who has documented nearly every aspect of the company's core platform to unlock the secrets of complex data analytics for their customers. Matt's previous employers have included PeopleSoft, Oracle, and Intuit.
Mike Glauser is a technical writer for the Splunk Documentation team. He joined the team in 2015, and works in the "Getting Data In" area, which focuses on the integrations used to ingest data into your Splunk platform deployment.
