Inhalt

This tutorial introduces the User Assistance AI Suite, an LLM-powered app for user assistance experts at SAP that delivers agentic workflows for documentation. We show how AI can be operationalized through a combination of agentic prompt building, contextual workspaces, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

A curated library of predefined prompt templates ensures consistent, high-quality AI output. Complementing this, the Agentic Prompt Builder transforms user intent into structured, reusable prompt templates. Workspaces establish controlled environments by combining prompts with domain-specific knowledge.

Our tutorial demonstrates how moving from isolated prompts to context-aware, multi-step AI workflows enables scalable, high-quality content creation and review. Attendees will leave with practical insights into designing agentic systems that balance automation with control, and that turn generative AI into a trustworthy tool for professional documentation.

Attendees will learn how AI supports UA roles, see how a shared vision became a working solution, and leave inspired to try AI in their own workflows.
