Recently, HERE replaced its previous developer documentation site with a new Zoomin-based solution.

This presentation presents the new features we unlocked along the way, the lessons we learned in the migration, and how things are going so far.
While the Documentation & Internationalization team at HERE focuses on developer documentation and, while we use a specific solution, this presentation will focus on the topics of general interest to those delivering their information via a website.

Topics covered include using GPT as a delivery channel for natural language queries for our customers, leveraging analytics to make data-driven decisions, and making our content more dynamic. We also focus on a rapid publication cadence.
