Inhalt

The Digital Data Chain combines a standardized exchange format (VDI 2770) and unique object identification (IEC 6106) with an Information Exchange Platform (IEP). In an IEP digital twins are created, managed and shared with business partner. However, most companies have to deal with documentation in PDF format. We show how AI can enable the automated processing of PDFs to digital twins and the efficient onboarding to IEPs.
