Inhalt

What is Ecodesign anyway? Why is it relevant and what is its use? What is the overall context of the ESPR? What's the connection to the Green Deal, Right to Repair and Green Claims Directive? How is the transition from the Ecodesign Directive to the ESPR planned? What is the scope of the ESPR? Which products are affected, and which will or may be affected? How were these products selected, and how will they be selected and end up in the working plan?  What does the ESPR regulate? Will things remain the same as under the Ecodesign Directive? What innovations does it bring, and which requirements are its focus? What do manufacturers need to prepare for, and what will they have to do? How can I get involved as a manufacturer? What are the options to get involved, and what obligations and deadlines exist?
Everyone is talking about the Digital Product Passport, but what is it exactly? What does it look like? What information will it contain? What is there to say about labeling? Where are we now, and what will happen in the coming months or years?
