Inhalt
We present a complete information chain starting at authoring and ending in intelligent information delivery and AI bots. Starting with using DITA to structure content and metadata markup, we will demonstrate the usage of the DITA-OT plugin to generate iiRDS content to preserve the structure and all the metadata of the content.
After importing the iiRDS content into a Content Delivery System, we will explain the necessary tasks and preparations to use the content as a source of information for a GenAI-based chatbot application to unlock dynamic and personalized interactions based on your own data.
We will include the the new iiRDS Request API in our presentation and explain its role in the tool chain.
All parts of the tutorial will be presented live with various systems and applications.
