Beschreibung
The First Tech Challenge is an international robotics competition in which students design, build, and program robots and develop important skills in teamwork, communication, and project management. Experience technology, solve problems, be creative – all in one project!
The students of the Königin-Katharina-Stift-Gymnasium are among the most experienced teams in the German FTC scene. Under the leadership of Werner Fick – a teacher of physics, computer science, and mathematics and winner of the German Teachers' Award 2025 – they are passionate about developing robots at the highest level.
In this supporting program, the students present their current competition robots and explain the exciting seasonal task on an original playing field. Then it's time to try it out for yourself! You can control the robots yourself – not in child mode, but at full power and speed. Technology up close, hands-on, and with a real competitive feeling!
