Conversation design is becoming more important with the increase in the number of business chatbots. It’s important to get this type of human/machine interaction right. The workshop covers group exercises to design a simple sample dialogue, set and manage user expectations, and create expressions/utterances for training data. A generic common use case, personas and needs will be provided.
