Inhalt
From a manufacturer’s perspective, this session shows how to turn the Cyber Resilience Act (EU) 2024/2847 and the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 into clear ‘instructions to the user’. It presents a practical approach, starting from the risk assessment, in which cyber threats are treated as potential causes of hazardous events, aligning threat modelling with EN ISO 12100 and the risk‑reduction hierarchy. Instructions are essential for covering residual risks. Secure set‑up, safe operation, updates/patching, and incident reporting are all part of this integrated approach.
