Mahuya is a User Assistance Development Manager with 15 years in the technical communication industry. She believes in driving innovation through empathy and design thinking. She is involved in mentoring authors and evangelizing best practices for DITA, minimalism, and people-centric writing.
She has traveled for work to various countries and understands inter-cultural relations very well. She has also been associated with the Diversity and Inclusion programs at SAP. However, with 38 countries in her ever-growing list, her true passion is traveling and storytelling.
