Mirjana Argjir is a Team Lead UX/UI with 8+ years of experience across healthcare, manufacturing and enterprise compliance systems. She has worked with organisations ranging from startups to large enterprises across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Based in Austria, she designs human‑centered products in AI‑driven environments, focusing on clarity, trust and usability as AI becomes part of the interface. Her work focuses on maintaining human judgment at the centre of increasingly AI-integrated workflows. She has been recognised as a Top Woman in Tech (Berlin 2025, Brussels 2024).
