Birgit Fuhrmann is Chairperson of the Executive Board of tekom Europe and President of Tecom Switzerland. After completing her studies in Applied Linguistics at ZHAW, she held various leadership positions in technical communication and marketing communication in industry. Today, she is Head of the Technical Communication Group and Director of the Human AI Interaction Lab at ZHAW. Her research and teaching focus on digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence in technical communication.
