Spogen is the next-generation CCMS for machinery. We help industrial equipment manufacturers create, structure, manage, and reuse technical documentation in one connected knowledge layer, with built-in documentation checks against configured requirements as content is authored.

The same structured content powers manuals, portals, multilingual outputs, dealer and training access, and AI-powered guidance for operators, technicians, and after-sales teams. The knowledge layer also takes in operational data: telemetry, fault codes, and log files from the machines, alongside the questions, content gaps, and corrections coming back from the people using them. That knowledge flows back into the source content, so documentation improves through use instead of ageing in place.
