Inhalt

Whether you are an independent contractor or an in-house employee, you must answer to your clients (the project managers and other stakeholders who drive our projects). But TechComm projects suffer when our clients don’t understand the purpose of their content, have unrealistic expectations, or lack a clear goal. Add in miscommunication and shifting priorities, and you have a recipe for disaster!

Join Leah Guren and Rahel Anne Bailie as they share a lifetime of experience in working with clients, focusing on common client problems and their resolution. You’ll gain techniques to apply to your own client interactions.

Das lernen Sie

  • Some problems can be avoided through better proposals or project specs.
  • You need to help some clients clarify their content goals.
  • You may need to educate clients about the value or purpose of quality content.
