Ever fall asleep while reading a document? Or you did read it, but nothing stuck? Especially in jargon-packed documents for experts, it’s difficult to keep readers engaged. But this talk will come to your rescue. From storytelling to active wording, from conversational tone to A/B testing, there are many tricks you can learn to help your readers understand your content faster and remember it longer.
